We kept the peace with the across-the-...Dear Dale:<br /><br />We kept the peace with the across-the-street neighbor by putting flowers in the kitchen window. (We thought of her as our local "Neighborhood Watch".)<br /><br />We went to the Friday Flower Market, got some Sunflowers (Tournesols), cut-up an empty plastic liter bottle for a vase and voilà.
