Red Hot Sauce, Egyptian Walking Onions & Lady Bugs

I found a great recipe for Hot Sauce and harvested a lot of my chilli peppers and all of the ripe tomatoes to make a batch. A closer look at Egyptian walking onions not that it is time to plant next years crop. A look at some Lady Bugs that are doing a great job of cleaning up on the aphids.

Perennial food garden and garden update

I've been planting perennial fruit and vegetable plants in my new sheet mulched area for some time now but haven got around to showing it in a video until now. I recently cleaned out the large chicken coop and aded to the size of the sheet mulched area. A look at some of the fruit that is ready to pick and in the hoop house the grapes are ripening, the chillies are doing well and I have the largest eggplant I've ever grown.
