Hi Dale, have been enjoying your YouTube videos about Campobello! I'm a Vancouverite living in NH and have a friend who is thinking of retiring to Campobello from Vancouver. In fact, we're driving up in early April to have a look. As an "ambassador" for the island - do you have any tips for someone thinking of relocating there? She loves island life, just can't afford the million dollar price tag of gulf island property in BC! Also we'd love to have her only 5 hours away from us here in NH. Thanks! Kim
Glad you enjoy the videos Kim. She sure will find a big climate change between Vancouver and Campobello, not as severe as yours in NH but we get lots of winter. There are a lot of properties on the market here so she will have a good range to choose from or at least looks at. Prices range all the was from the million dollar shore mansions to the more reasonable village homes.
