Neapolitan Pizza from scratch dough, mozzarella and sauce

I'm so excited to try this! I made my dough yesterday and will have pizzas on Wednesday night this week.

I will admittedly buy the fresh mozz from the local deli in town.

Did you use anything (like semolina) on your pizza stone?
